In the earlier models (E5573s), when you need to change the firmware, there was a need to enter a code known as a device Flash code. Now there are may many blogs out there where they will guide you to do the same, but they will not provide entire solution untill you pay them a small amount of Rs500/. This is because we need to Change the internal firmware to a generic Huawei Firmware instead of the Custome one which Airtel ships with. At the end of the post I mentioned that this device can only be Unlocked using a shot boot method. Hey !! So I previousy wrote a review on the AIRTEL 4G HOTSPOT E5573CS-609 MODEL, you can check it here. If you firmware version is 21.318.09.00.284 or lower, it will work. The above method does not work with the New Firmware models like 21.333.64.01.284.
